劉朝瀚博士（Dr. Henry Liu）是麗寶新藥（Libo Pharma Corp.）的聯合創辦人兼執行長（CEO），負責領導、指導並全面監督公司的運營、成長與發展。在被任命為執行長之前，劉博士曾於2017年至2020年擔任麗寶新藥副總經理。

在2017年帶領麗寶新藥自母公司麗寶生醫（Lihpao Life Sciences Corp., LLSC）分拆成立之前，劉博士曾於麗寶生醫擔任總經理特別助理，負責多項核心業務，包括指導並監督與臨床腫瘤學家合作的次世代定序（Next Generation Sequencing, NGS）研究計畫，開發精準醫療伴隨式診斷試劑盒。此外，他亦負責建立與管理國際業務關係及合作。

蔡欣航（Peter Tsai）在疫苗與生物製劑的開發與商業化方面擁有超過13年的經驗。在擔任現職之前，他曾在默沙東（Merck Sharp and Dohme, MSD）任職12年，期間歷任多個研發、技術與製造相關職位，職責範圍逐步擴大。

2019至2021年期間，蔡欣航(Peter Tsai)擔任MSD全球疫苗技術營運總監，負責全新疫苗商業化製造設施與製程的交付。在此之前，他曾領導支持疫苗開發產品線的製程開發與商業化團隊，涵蓋從早期/後期製程開發到商業製造與上市許可（BLA/NDA）等完整流程。
